The Eagles captured the Christian Schools Invitational Saturday scoring just 32 points, 25 ahead of 2nd place Illiana Chr of Indiana. Reuben Wiering led the way for the Eagles with his 2nd place finish and PR time of 16:31. Teamates Joe Waalkes and Keegan Hoekstra were 5th and 6th, followed by Dylan Clark in 12th and Freshman Sean Ryan in 14th.
The Eagles also easily won the JV meet with 25 points, well ahead of Covenant Chr in 2nd with 69 points. Peter Kuperus took first place with Gerrit Boer and Calvin Brinks also in the top 5 in 4th and 5th.
