The Eagles second game in the Marti Beckering tournament hosted by Ottawa Hills was against Lansing Co-op. The Eagles defeated Lansing co-op 12-2 and became tournament champions!
Jaslene McWilliams earned the win on the mound. She battled strong and held Lansing co-op to only 4 hits, 1 earned run, 7 walks, and 15 strikeouts.
At the plate the Eagles collected 16 hits, led by Jaslene McWilliams going 4/5 with 1 single, 2 doubles, a triple, and 2 RBIs. Greta Vance, Lauren Holkeboer, Abbe Diemer, Julia Geesin, and Ellie VandeGriend each had 2 hits. Rae Garcia and Gabi Mora each had 1 hit.
